It started with six girls and a dream.
Back in 2019, no one could have imagined what that small beginning would grow into. Six girls, a shared vision, and the belief that when girls are brought together—really brought together—something powerful happens. Eight years later, that dream has become a movement.
This past Friday, that story gained its newest chapter.
We gathered to welcome the Class of 2027 DOP REPS, and the room was filled with energy, laughter, and the kind of excitement you can’t manufacture. Forty-one girls. Over ten different schools. One community. Some walked in already knowing friends, others came not knowing a single person—but by the end of the night, that hardly mattered. Conversations flowed, bonds started forming, and the unmistakable feeling of belonging settled in.
That’s what DOP has always been about.
This is a group that builds girls up. A group that reminds you that you don’t have to shrink yourself to fit in—because here, you already do. Different schools, different backgrounds, different stories, all coming together with one shared purpose: connection, confidence, and community - and the best senior photos of course!
As we looked around the room on Friday, it was impossible not to reflect on how far this team has come. From six girls and a dream to a room full of future leaders, role models, and change-makers. The legacy continues, not because of numbers alone, but because of the heart behind it.
And this is only the beginning for the Class of 2027.
I'd like to formally introduce each of these incredible young women—girls who are ready to lead, to uplift others, and to carry forward what this team stands for. I
If Friday night was any indication, this group is something special.

So without further delay, let's formally meet the Class of 2027 DOP REPS...
